A: Rope is the name of the product. It symbolizes what the product does to the hair, that is strengthening the hair, makes it grows long and strong like a ROPE continuously, saving you from bad hair issues.
Q: How long before I see results with your hair growth products?
A: Growth depends on a lot of things. Consistency being the main one, properly following instructions of use and good hair practices. However, 95% of our clients see results within 7 days with consistency and 2 weeks approximately without consistency!
Q: Are your hair growth products for all hair types?
A: Yes! Our hair growth products are for all hair types, ages and gender! They are 100% organic and natural. Not harsh to harm you but to take care of you!
Q: Are your products handmade?
A: Yes! All of our products are handmade with the highest quality ingredients. They're also cruelty and chemical free, vegan, and made with love!
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my products?
A: Our processing time is 5-7 business days; this excludes weekends and holidays. Processing time is the amount of time it will take for us to prepare your order. After your order has been processed, then it will be shipped, and shipping time is determined and chosen by you!

A: We do offer refunds if your order was not already processed and shipped! Due to the hygienic nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once order has left.
