Processing Time
Orders placed are usually processed within 1 business day excluding weekends and holidays. 
We offer USPS Ground (Domestic) and USPS Worldwide Economy (International).
Please note that delivery times are estimated and is based on business days and not weekends or holidays. You can follow up with USPS with the tracking number provided to get the newest delivery update on your package.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. International shipping times and costs vary based on the destination, weight and shipping method selected. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are of the responsibility of the customer.

Changes to Order
Once an order has been placed, the items purchased cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added so please be sure to carefully select the correct items, discount codes, and input the correct information.

Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed and shipped it cannot be cancelled. You are only free to cancel if the order was not already processed.

Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive the confirmation email consisting of the tracking number and a link to track your package.


Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
It is your responsibility as the customer to provide us with accurate and complete shipping information. If you notice that you have inputted the incorrect shipping address, you can send us an email at Lureaorganics@gmail.com to amend before the order is processed. However, if order was already shipped, we will not be responsible for the wrong address neither shipping charges. Lurea Organics is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly and lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. In this condition, no refund will be provided if shipping details are incorrect. Customers to avoid such please take the time to ensure information provided are clear and concise before you place your order.

Damage/lost packages or Missing/Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. While we make effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.

Refund/Return

We have a no return/refund policy due to the hygienic nature of our products. If your order has not been processed and shipped, you may cancel your order. In this case, please call or email us immediately. However, once your product has been shipped, items are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not offer refunds once your order has been shipped and we do not accept returns once the package has been sent off. All sales are final.


Exceptions / non-returnable/refundable items
If you have received the incorrect item in error or an item is missing, please contact us immediately we will be happy to refund the difference for missing item or replace it. We do not do exchanges.
